Our Year 6s had a fantastic time on their Residential to Grenville House
As part of their science topic this year, class 2 went on a trip to Paignton Zoo!
On Thursday last week, class 4 had a full day working with Slapton Field Centre to investigate rivers as part of their Geography work. They measured the width and depth, made rafts to test the speed of the flow, learnt how trees help to regulate rivers through interception and even had time for some pond dipping!
This term class 3 have been learning about The Stone Age, Bronze Age and Iron Age. So this week class 3 went on a school trip to Kents Cavern.
There are some fabulous costumes today!
Our Year 5s have had a wonderful time at their residential this week. The three days were filled with rock climbing, archery, abseiling and lots more! They return to school with lovely memories and great stories to tell! A big thank you to all the staff who enabled this fantastic trip to go ahead.
The children had some very cute visitors today.
One of our parents very kindly bought 2 of their lambs into school to meet the children. The children asked some fabulous questions and thoroughly enjoyed feeding them a bottle of milk!
Class 5 went to the Theatre Royal Plymouth this week!
