The children had a wonderful day on Thursday, celebrating VE day. A big thank you to Anne-Marie for providing us all with a lovely cream tea – the scones were delicious!
Year 3 extended day trip to Forest and Beach

As part of their science topic this year, class 2 went on a trip to Paignton Zoo!
On Thursday last week, class 4 had a full day working with Slapton Field Centre to investigate rivers as part of their Geography work. They measured the width and depth, made rafts to test the speed of the flow, learnt how trees help to regulate rivers through interception and even had time for some pond dipping!
This term class 3 have been learning about The Stone Age, Bronze Age and Iron Age. So this week class 3 went on a school trip to Kents Cavern.
