Loddiswell Pre-School provides a happy and stimulating environment where children can learn through play and where staff give high priority to an individual child’s needs.

Below is a rough outline of a day in Pre-School. Obviously, the day is very fluid and all times/ activities are subject to change to take into account the children’s interests on the day.

• Upon arrival, the children will be directed to a morning activity that they can access independently.
• Children self-register
• Circle time – a chance to work on our Personal Social and Emotional skills.
• Counting and group maths activities
• Child led play activities
• 10 am Snack time
• Outdoor play activities
• Story time
• Lunch Club
• Child led play activities
• Sharing today’s achievements through Tapestry
• Storytime/ dancing/ yoga
• Home time
