Loddiswell Primary School is a small village school set on the edge of Loddiswell in a peaceful rural location. Our modern school building opened in 2018 and provides excellent facilities, including a preschool for children aged 2 to 5, five fully equipped classrooms with interactive technology, a library, school hall, on-site kitchen, MUGA, dedicated KS1 and KS2 playgrounds, trim trails, and extensive outdoor learning spaces, including a school field and nearby Forest School area. The entire site is single level, ensuring full accessibility.

We provide a friendly, supportive learning environment where children are encouraged to become independent, resourceful learners for life. As part of the "Loddiswell School Family", we work together to Value, Inspire, Achieve and Believe, empowering every child to be the best they can be. Through our engaging curriculum, we inspire children to develop a love of learning while always being kind, safe and responsible.

We are proud of our strong links with the local community. Parents, residents and visitors regularly share their skills and experiences to enrich children's learning. Our dedicated staff have high expectations for all pupils and use imaginative teaching approaches, real-life learning opportunities and a mastery curriculum to help every child succeed. This is further supported by our experienced team of Teaching Assistants, who provide targeted support and interventions when needed.
